RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of pre-order and the made-to-order production process, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product or if you feel like the product is not up to your expectations, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We strive to ensure the highest quality for our products and will address any manufacturing defects promptly and fairly.

Refunds policy
As a pre-order, refunds are handled differently than traditional e-commerce purchases. After the pre-orders have reached the target volume refunds will only be issued if the project fails to meet its goal or if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason.
Once production begins, refunds will not be available as funds will have been allocated to manufacturing costs. However, we are committed to transparent communication and will work diligently to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the production process.
