Wear your Whoop
and your mechanical watch
at the same time
Whoop 5.0 and MG are purpose-built for recovery science - continuous HRV tracking, strain coaching, sleep staging, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen monitoring. No screen by design: data lives in the app. Your Rolex or Omega Constellation is a different kind of object entirely. Smartlet One clips your Whoop sensor pod onto any mechanical watch strap. Note: Whoop uses a proprietary mounting system rather than a standard lug. A cradle-style adapter is required. Once fitted, both sit on the same wrist and all Whoop sensors maintain the skin contact required for accurate recovery data.
How it works
Classic, Shadow, or Titanium. Match your mechanical watch case material and aesthetic. No tools required at this stage.
Attach the Smartlet adapter to your watch lugs. The spring-loaded mechanism locks in place with zero metal-to-metal case contact. Fully reversible in seconds.
Attach the Smartlet adapter to your Whoop. It locks securely. Both watches sit on the same wrist. All sensors remain in contact with your skin.

Frequently asked
Can I wear a Whoop and a mechanical watch at the same time?
Yes. Smartlet One is a modular adapter that clips onto any mechanical watch via an 18mm to 24mm adapter, allowing you to simultaneously wear your Whoop on the same wrist. Both watches operate independently. No modification required.
Which Whoop models are compatible with Smartlet?
Whoop 5.0 and Whoop 5.0 MG are compatible with Smartlet. The Whoop sensor pod does not use a standard lug system - a cradle-style adapter converting to a standard 20mm attachment is required. Once installed, the pod sits securely in the Smartlet module on the outer face of your strap.
Will Whoop sensors still work when attached to Smartlet?
Yes. All Whoop 5.0 and MG sensors including optical heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, and respiratory rate maintain full wrist contact when mounted via Smartlet. Whoop's continuous monitoring protocol is unaffected.
Does Whoop work with Smartlet without a screen?
Yes. Whoop is screenless by design - data lives entirely in the app. The Smartlet module holds the Whoop 5.0 or MG sensor pod on the outer face of your strap. All sensor readings continue normally via the Whoop app on your phone. Note: Whoop does not use a standard lug system. A cradle adapter is required.
