    Whoop keeps recording sleep and HRV. Its optical sensor faces the skin underneath the wrist, and the bracelet is sized by its links so it sits snug, which is what an optical sensor needs. At night, the Clasp accessory can replace the Submariner so only the Whoop stays on the Smartlet.
