Refund policy
The Client has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply when:

The order includes customized or engraved Products

The Product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or show signs of wear

The Product packaging is damaged or the set is incomplete (box, tools, instructions, etc.)

The Product(s) are not in their original packaging

The Product(s) were pre-ordered
-
The Product(s) were damaged
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, the Client must:

Send a request to hello@smartlet.io including the order number and proof of purchase

Await confirmation and return instructions from Smartlet

Ship the package to the return address provided by Smartlet
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, unless the error is attributable to Smartlet, in which case a prepaid return label may be provided.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, if approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from Smartlet’s error or a defective product.
If the return is refused for any of the above reasons, return shipping of the rejected item(s) is at the Client’s expense.
Defective Products, as recognized under French law, will be refunded or replaced, and Smartlet will bear the return shipping costs.
